Mr. Barrera has an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Science. His concern for the needs of the new entrepreneurs of the Fairfield County during the last 10 years, has allowed him to build a solid reputation as a knowledgeable consultant in financial and legal affairs related to small business, as well as an accurate translator/interpreter.
